Returning to my roots, and it feels good
I have returned to my roots after a couple of excursions into other styles, and my oh my does it feel right to be back! Shotokan was ok, Aikido was fun but I met a girl and moved away, Goju ryu was not for me. Wado is for me. It feels like I have found my way home. It feels good. (Oh, I am talking about budo/karate if you are wondering...)

10km
I am a bit curious how good I would do on a 10km run now. The last weekend before I started the mail man gig I made it in just under the hour. (I had said during the interview that I could, and I wanted to see if I had lied or not). The thing is though, I'm not really in the mood for a run after a day at the office.
Speaking of tired, the number of times that I have had to return home since I'd forgotten my glasses in the morning is larger than two.
Speaking of training, it has been a long time since I trained any budo. This has to be rectified. I think I will make some visits to some karate clubs in town soon, to see if any appeals to me. Maybe Cobra Kai has a affiliation in the neighbourhood.
