Rolling over

Yesterday Tage learnt how to roll over from his back to his stomach. And now there is no stopping him. He does it all the time. Even if he has just eaten a huge load and hence tend to puke if he is face down. I do find it a bit odd that he can learn such a big thing that turning over is and still not draw the connection between: food + on my stomach -> puke -> me lying face down in puke. How hard can it be?
