Never again I will do jam from my painstakingly picked blueberries. Never. I sweat, fight mosquitoes, sweat, get all blue, feed mosquitoes and then I make jam that I will keep in a jar and be a perfect base for mould. I don't know why, but I have never managed to consume the jam that has been so fucking hard to produce. In the future the blueberries I pick will be turned into pies which then will be eaten within a day. (Together with home made vanilla sauce of course.)
On top of that, I also got a stain on my shorts when I poured the jam into the sink. Take my word for it. Blueberry jam is just no good.
