Shit, I am old. Spending a day in a horizontal position due to a head ace and a general queeziness has left my back in a terrible condition. I can not lie in bed, cant sit up, cant stand, without the feeling that my back is broken. Floating around in the pool was nice, but you cant spend the entire day in the pool can you?
